30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love your UV DTF wraps from Spades Supply! Because we ship internationally, returns are not environmentally friendly or cost-effective. Therefore, we have a "Refund or Resend without Return" policy for any defective or damaged items.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong design, please contact us immediately at Spadessupply.co@gmail.com with a photo of the issue.
Once we verify the issue, we will offer you two options:
• Full Refund: We will refund the full amount to your original payment method.
• Free Replacement: We will send you a new package immediately, free of charge.
You do NOT need to return the damaged item to us.
2. Application Errors
Please note that UV DTF wraps require correct application. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect application (e.g., placing it crooked, air bubbles, or washing it immediately). Please follow our instructions carefully and measure your glass before applying.
3. Cancellations
• Before Shipping: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it.
• After Delivery: Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns for "change of mind" unless the item is defective.
4. Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived within 45 days of shipment, please contact us. We will consider it lost in transit and issue a full refund or send a replacement.
