How to Order Blank Tumblers Wholesale from China

Buying blank cups straight from a factory in China can save a lot per cup, but the process is different from adding items to a cart. This guide walks through how ordering works with SpadesSupply, from your first case to a repeat order of thousands.

1. Choose your blanks

Browse by material: plastic, glass, stainless steel or our signature snow globe cups. Each product page shows the case pack, the decoration methods that suit the cup, and the factory price per piece.

2. Understand case packs and minimums

We sell by the case, and you can start with one case per model. Case sizes depend on the cup, usually between 12 and 50 pieces. Within a case you can mix the lid colours of the same model. If you are new to a style, a single case is a low-risk way to check quality and see what sells.

3. Read the price

Prices on our site are EXW (ex works) factory prices per piece: the cost of the cups at our factory, before freight. Larger quantities get a lower price, and orders of 500 pieces or more are quoted individually.

4. Request a quote

Add the cups you want to your quote list, set colours and quantities, and send it with your destination. We usually reply within 1–2 hours (China time) with the cup price, freight options and lead time.

5. Choose shipping: DDP or EXW

• DDP (delivered duty paid): we arrange shipping, customs and duties, and the cups arrive at your door with nothing extra to pay. This is the simplest option for most small businesses.
• EXW: you or your own forwarder collect from our factory and handle shipping and import.

We ship worldwide by sea or air, and by rail to the UK and Europe. Sea is the most economical for larger orders; air is fastest. Freight is often charged by weight or by volume, so a slightly larger order can cost less per cup to ship. Ask us and we will compare options for your order.

6. Confirm and pay

Once you approve the quote, you can pay by T/T (bank transfer), PayPal or Payoneer. In-stock cups usually ship within 3–5 days; custom orders depend on the request and the lead time is confirmed with your quote.

7. Plan ahead for the season

Shipping from China takes longer than buying from a local warehouse. For Christmas, Halloween, Valentine's Day and other peak seasons, order early so your stock arrives with time to decorate and sell.
